SHAMMAH DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND, AS MOST GARMENTS GO INTO PRODUCTION AT THE TIME OF ORDER. IF YOU'RE UNSURE ON THE STOCK WE CARRY FEEL FREE TO EMAIL US. NOTE WE CAN CHANGE THE ITEM THAT WAS ORIGINALLY ORDERED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT. 

SHAMMAH ALLOWS RETURNS & EXCHANGES UP TO 15 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE (ONLY FULL PRICED ITEMS). ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER.  

A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. IF SHAMMAH DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. 

 

ABANDONED PACKAGE

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SHAMMAH WE WILL SEND OUT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND WILL ONLY HOLD YOUR PACKAGE FOR 30 DAYS BEFORE IT IS MARKED AS ABANDONED. AFTER 30 DAYS, AN ABANDONED PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

CANCELLATION
